Welcome to Gabe’s Art! In 2015, my nurse healer wife Yvonne, a Women’s Health & Longevity Consultant asked me to create 36 original illustrations for a wellness life style … self-care education tips handbook she was writing, “ Mubba & Bubba’s Fit n Funny Thrive Guide”. So, I dug deep into my imagination & created the MubbaBubba cartoon characters  as they travel the joyful road to optimal wellbeing & resilience ! The only thing she requested was the characters be witty, humorous, uplifting & vividly colorful, “Color Us Well” !

Over the years, Mubba & Bubba characters transitioned from by hand to digital art, so I could adapt them to create a broader product line including: T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, greeting cards & vintage T-shirts from my 1980’s restaurants, Coconuts Carribean Cafe in Sausalito & Bubba’s Diner in San Anselmo, CA.

I create my tropical inspired wall art with a sense of humor and belief that anything is possible! Let your creative imagination run wild and help you live a long-healthy life and relieve stress in a less then perfect world.

My framed wall art is created with Adobe Illustrator: Printed on bright white hot press fine art paper for a more brilliant color transfer, dry mounted to foam core, protected with shatter-resistant acrylic glazing glass with kraft paper backing, and hanging wire attached to a solid wood frame. Generally, you will receive your wall art within 5-10 business days of your order & ready to hang.
